Cock Rate generates AI-produced scores, verdicts, and commentary intended purely as adult humor and entertainment. The output is fictional and does not constitute medical, psychological, factual, or professional assessment of any person or subject.

You must not rely on any output of the Service for real-world decisions. We make no representation that the output is accurate, meaningful, or fit for any particular purpose.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim any username at our discretion.

You retain ownership of any images or other material you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service and generate your rating.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to submit Your Content, that every person depicted is an adult who has consented to the submission, and that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

You must not submit or transmit any content that depicts, involves, or sexualizes a minor or any person who has not consented. This is strictly prohibited without exception, and suspected violations are removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

You must not use the Service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame others; to upload malware; to scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Paid features are billed at the prices and on the terms shown at checkout, exclusive of any taxes we are required to collect. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Digital goods and credits are delivered electronically and, once delivered or consumed, are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and generated formats, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for Your Content, no rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or us.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that location for any dispute that is not otherwise subject to mandatory local consumer protections.
