Content you provide: images you upload and the ratings generated from them, and, if you register, account details such as your email address and username.

Data we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser information, general location inferred from IP, and cookies or similar technologies needed to operate and secure the site.

Payment data: when you make a purchase, our payment processors collect the payment details needed to complete the transaction. We do not store full card numbers.

To provide the Service, including generating your rating, operating your account, and processing payments.

To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms.

To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and material changes to the Service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded images to train publicly available AI models.

Where applicable data-protection law requires it, we process your data on the bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent (for non-essential cookies and optional communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

Uploaded images are processed to generate your rating and are deleted shortly afterward. Ratings you choose to save are kept until you delete them or close your account. Account and transaction records are retained as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as hosting, AI processing, and payment providers, under obligations of confidentiality and security; and where required to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@cockrate.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
