If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@cockrate.com that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) the URL or other specific location of the material you claim is infringing; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing: your signature; identification of the material and its location before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; and your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
