18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Cock Rate does not produce, create, or direct any sexually explicit content. It is an AI-based entertainment platform that hosts and processes images submitted by its users.

With respect to all content appearing on or made available through the Service, Cock Rate acts solely as a service provider that transmits or hosts third-party content and does not engage in any conduct that would make it a "producer" of such content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75. To the extent any content is covered by these requirements, we rely on the exemptions available to platforms of third-party content.

Each user who submits content is the producer of that content and is solely responsible for creating and maintaining the age and identity records required by law for any such content.

By submitting content, every user certifies that all persons depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created and consented to its creation and submission.

We do not tolerate content depicting minors or non-consensual conduct. Any such content is removed immediately upon discovery and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
